Livermore Youth Council's Mental Health Fair

We will have an informational table at the Livermore Youth Council’s Mental Health Fair, happening this Saturday in front of the Bankhead Theater in Livermore!

Topics at this fair include the resources available to you and healthy coping mechanisms, such as yoga, meditation, healthy sleep, exercise, and journaling. This event is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about the mental health resources in the Tri-Valley area, including high school-aged youth.
