Livermore Youth Council’s Mental Health Fair

We invite you to join our booth at the Livermore Youth Council’s Mental Health Fair! Topics at this fair include the resources available to you and healthy coping mechanisms, such as yoga, meditation, healthy sleep, exercise, and journaling. This event is open to anyone who is interested in learning more about the mental health resources in the Tri-Valley area, including high school-aged youth.
